We provide our services only to those who follow our Anti-Spam Policy.
Definition of Spam
We have a no tolerance spam policy. Your account will be immediately terminated if you send spam. Spam is defined as unsolicited mass email to persons with whom you do not have a business relationship or have not requested (opted-in to) your mailing. Spam is not permission-based email. Inappropriate newsgroups, which can consist of excessive posting of the same materials to numerous newsgroups, are also considered as spam.
Prevention of Spam
Strict compliance by Affiliates and Advertisers of DiamondPureNetwork is necessitated upon acceptance of the Terms of Use of the DiamondPureNetwork website. By signing the agreement Affiliates and Advertisers will comply with this Anti-Spam Policy. DiamondPureNetwork reserves the right to determine in their sole discretion what is considered spam and what necessary measures will be taken in response to such spam activities.
Spam Enforcement
Accounts of DiamondPureNetwork Advertisers and Affiliates that are suspected in spamming, may be immediately blocked, with no payment of outstanding commissions due to such person who is in violation of the Privacy Policy and Anti-Spam Policy, which is strictly enforced.
